How do you attach your PDA or other gadget to the MultiPivot?

All MultiPivot products feature genuine industrial grade VELCRO® Hook and Loop Fasteners. The hard (hook) side of the VELCRO® comes permanently attached to the MultiPivot, and the soft (loop) piece of VELCRO® provided, is large enough to allow it to be cut to fit a wide variety of PDA's, phones and other handheld personal electronic devices. Instructions for the proper usage of the VELCRO® Fasteners and alcohol swabs for pre-cleaning surfaces are provided.

How do you use the MultiPivot as a car mount?

An extra hard (hooks) piece of VELCRO® is provided with each MultiPivot which can be attached to your dashboard, to enable the car and laptop mount features. Each MultiPivot has a "utility leg" which features a permanently mounted soft VELCRO® surface, as well as a document clip and non-skid foam section.

How do you use the MultiPivot as a laptop mount?

An extra hard (hooks) piece of VELCRO® is provided with each MultiPivot which can be attached to your dashboard, to enable the car and laptop mount features. Each MultiPivot has a "utility leg" which features a permanently mounted soft VELCRO® surface, as well as a document clip and non-skid foam section. If you need both car and laptop mounting, we offer an economical package of extra VELCRO® for only $3.95.

How can the MultiPivot work in so many positions?

The 3 legs of the MultiPivot can lock into most positions by adjusting the two side knobs. Knobs lock and release legs by turning each knob in the opposite direction to the other knob. Failure to loosen knobs before moving legs can damage product. Knobs can loosen from vibration so inspect the tightness of knobs prior to using in a locked position.

Is customization available?

Yes, with larger orders we can provide colored VELCRO®, and custom engravings on MultiPivots.

What is your warranty?

All MultiPivot products are made from high grade industrial components. If your MultiPivot product fails for any reason due to defects in its manufacture or materials, MultiPivot.com will repair or replace the unit at no cost to the owner (except shipping). This warranty does not cover damage or failure due to misuse (see Knob Use Warning above), abuse or normal wear and tear during the lifetime of the unit.
